With the pandemic we arrived at the restaurant one night when they closed so we did not go hungry that night with the frozen pizza awaiting us in the unit. The place was clean but noticed a lot of deferred maintenance in the unit and the condo lobbies. The spectacular views made up for the downside of the place. "

"This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities.
