"Beautiful building. Terrace room was lovely. So close to shops, cafes, botanical gardens etc complimentary breakfast was good. The room would have benefited from extra towels, much nicer in house bathroom supplies (soap etc), in house movies and a stocked mini bar. A guest information book about the building, room and area would have been great too. We loved our stay. "

"The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day."
