"We greatly appreciate the property staff's friendliness and excellent communication. The convenient location, just a short walk to Porto, and complimentary parking in the building were definite highlights. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower curtain showed signs of dirt and mold. The amenities were good enough, but the overall decor was unappealing. On a positive note, we value the option to keep our car parked after checking out, avoiding extra parking fees while exploring Porto."

"For the price, this property was good. A little tired- but has a cozy feel, like your aunt’s house in Des Moines. There were no frills- a bed, shower, tv and there is no elevator - but it’s only 2 floors. Location is perfect for exploring Aveiro. Drawbacks- it was very cold in our room. There was a plugin heater, but it just wasn’t cutting the cold and damp . Saving grace - 2 huge thick wool blankets in the closet. Breakfast was simple and the coffee was great. "The beds were super comfortable and rooms very clean. The hotel was at one time quite fancy - and is well kept- the marble staircase was impressive. The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. The coziness of the bed made up for it all. "
