What sets this hotel apart is the staff, though, they are all truly wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. "Wonderful hotel. It is supported by students at a local hospitality college but honestly we would not have noticed. The rooms were clean and large, and the building is historic; even the key was a real key. The breakfast was quite good. Everyone was so nice. Minor complaints: the towels could be better as could the toilet paper! The hotel is also not readily accessible by public transportation. However, if you have a car, it is terrific."

"Staying here was a great choice for visiting Amsterdam. Instead of getting a shoe box size room or paying a fortune, we got a very comfortable 1 bedroom with a private patio. We used the Park & Ride system to travel to the city for only 7 euros a day for 2 people. Center Parcs is a very peaceful, calm place to relax with a decent restaurant & general store in the center. I just wish the room had a microwave & there was a breakfast option other than an all you can eat buffet."
