"I stayed at this property as part of a 2 week break to the Scottish highlands and in Particular I bike dthis hotel as it was close by to Beinn Eighe which I hiked as part of this trip. The hotel itself is an older building with a lot of history and culture, it has an interesting lift which is really old and unique and I’ve never seen one like it, the room was old in style and in some parts a little dusty but mostly clean. Breakfast in the morning was a Buffett and this was very good. "

"The staff were super friendly and nice. The room was on the small side. There was no temperature control in the room, and there was a party that night so finding a place to park was difficult. 10 minute or less walk to downtown and dining options. Great location. "

"Basic room but was clean. Asked for a cot for our child beforearrival. Due to circumstances we arrived late and the cot wasn't put up ready and had no bedding, so my child slept in the bed with us. Spoke to reception next morning and was only told that 'we do provide bedding '. Well not on this occasion. "

"We arrived to a friendly greeting from the manager who upgraded our room to one of their newly renovated rooms, which was wonderful and appreciated. The room was a great size and had a very comfortable queen bed and a twin off to the side, along the wall. There was direct access to a balcony that looked out over loch ness, with a decent angle view. The bathroom had a sizable shower with rain shower head that was really nice. "We enjoyed our quick stay and appreciate the included breakfast. The room was small and walls are thin but overall it is a good rest spot from our way back from Skye. Inverness downtown is half an hour drive from the hotel. All the staff members we spoke to were all very polite and courteous. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay as there is not a lot to do in the area."
