What I didn’t like was housekeeping never showed up & by the time we realized there was no point in calling the front desk to let them know because it was almost time for bed. "I booked through Expedia and i found the communication from the hotel to be great. I received a text explaining how to activate shuttle ride from the airport, along with explanation on where to meet the driver. I will say they might need to update those instructions as it was slightly different than what desk clerk told me when i called to let them know i had arrived. I appreciated the text.
