"We stayed only one night as planned. The property is in need of renovation, more than just paint. Our room had a musty smell and the carpets were worn out. The people working there were great. I hope they can rejuvenate this area. "

"The staff were unusually warm, responsive, eager to help. Brought an extra blanket, told us where to find an atm, inquiring how could they help. Facility very clean, and again very warm and personable server at breakfast. Liked the breakfast. Better to pay and not get a weird sawdust croissant. "

"Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay. Although the restaurant and bar area was not available/closed there are alot of restaurants around. They still gave you breakfast and the variety of items you could have was great. Jarod was very helpful and friendly when asking about the room. Definetly will come back to stay here when in the area."

"Great value for the money! I was greeted pleasantly by Brittany who checked me in quickly and efficiently. Our room was clean and neat and had a full kitchen and everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. Plus sofa and TV. Comfortable bed. Very quiet through the night. Breakfast was an amazing full breakfast and serviced by a very pleasant and friendly woman whose name I didn’t catch. The fitness center was also amazing. Only stayed one night while passing through, but great place to stay for...

"We are new Quinnipiac parents and were lookimg for a good pet friendly otion. This hotel was 5 mins away, walkable to a bunch of Hamden's better restaurants, quiet, modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfaat was one of the better ones we have had, although it ends pretty early (9am weekdays), gym was great and we already booked it for move in and parents weekend!"
