"I’m from America and what I did not want was to be at a place that reminded me of the states. The atmosphere wasn’t Americanized, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Mexican and Maya culture. The location of this place is great, literally ocean beach, and only meters away lush greenery. I wasn’t excepting the creatures comforts of a 5 star hotel, which this location doesn’t promoted itself as, however the staff was very personable and accommodative. I would recommend this place."
