"The hotel is located in a beautiful area and has a great potential. The room was nice, clean, with a huge terrace. Unfortunately, the water of the bathroom was cold or on the best days tepid, with nearly no pressure, which made showers unpleasant and challenging. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming, the personnel was not unpleasant but also not particularly welcoming. The WiFi, supposedly limited to public areas was in fact not working. "Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the neighborhood looks a bit rough but, car parking is in a lot with video surveillance, free breakfast had good variety and was staff served vs self-service."

The narrow little road down to Marina di Puolo seems a challenge, but the complimentary shuttle service to/from either the car park part way down or the bus stops on the main road make it perfectly good, and add to the charm of the tiny village."
