"This is a perfect hotel set away from the crowds. The staff was amazing(Marco), breakfast was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfy. The walk to piazza Tasso is 20 mins. "

"There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
