"Getting to Anacapri was challenging, but once we made it, we could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. The room was not fancy, but comfortable and clean and air conditioned. Location is an easy 20 minute walk down a nice quiet road to the main town and shopping. Breakfast was included, and was lovely. We elected to have dinner here on both nights as you will not find a better sunset view. The food was delicious and Luigi, the host, was attentive and very kind. Would recommend."

"This place is in an awesome location with accessible transportation close by. Not only is the room beautiful and very clean but our host Carmela was easy to speak to and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of visiting Capri / Anacapri. Very close to chairlift and shopping plaza. I give it a score of 100. 😃😃😃"

"Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"

We stayed at this property in June of 2021, and we loved it. The property is located close to the marina, and it is clean. We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of room. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck each day/night. Great view!! The property is located directly across the street from a grocery store which was convenient. And, the bus stop is in front of the property. The owner, Simone, is amazing. He communicated with us prior to our trip, and he was so accommodating and...

We absolutely loved our stay in Capri. The apartment is beautiful and even better than we expected. It has two floors, and the terrace on the second floor is incredibly spacious. The views of the sea and the mountains are gorgeous, and having a coffee there in the morning is the perfect way to start the day before exploring Capri.

We had an amazing view of the sea from which we dined at our balcony a couple of times. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was great. They were able to book our tours and arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport/train station. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is a spectacular boutique hotel! The views of the coastline and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms cannot be beat. This is 5-stars for the room views, the service, the updated exquisiteness of the décor, and the added amenities (pool, balconies, outdoor dining, access to oceanfront restaurants, etc. Don’t expect a Sheraton or Hilton type place….this isn’t that, and you shouldn’t be here looking for that here. I can not begin to say how wonderful our stay was with Cristina and her husband. Weeks before we left for Italy, Cristina was in touch with us. She helped arrange transportation from Rome and return trip to Rome. She suggested and made dinner reservations for us and each restaurant was exceptional. Her breakfast each morning was wonderful. She even checked in with us during g the day to see if we were ok and how our day was going. We felt like we were part of her family when we left. This was...

The location was excellent, close to the lift you can take up from the port if you’re coming by boat. Close to lots of restaurants and a great view of the sea and port. We were upgraded to a king room with the largest shower I have ever seen in Italy. The front desk staff was super friendly. Daily happy hour and breakfast were wonderful perks. Would definitely recommend.

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Giacomo and his place are. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome. He was waiting outside to greet us with hugs, and he had been checking in on us even before we arrived to make sure everything was okay while traveling to Sorrento.
We stayed for 3 nights. The room (Olivo) was perfect, so clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The location was also great with the town just about a 10 minute walk away. Don’t miss out on...

Very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Safe and walkable area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Train/Bus station is a few minutes walk is all. Taxi stand right up the street in the town center. King bed was comfortable. One night of my 3 i had a very noisy neighbor and i could hear everything at all hours. We stayed 5 nights at the Palazzo Spasiano in May 2023. The hotel is in a great spot in Sorrento, close to everything. Complimentary snacks and coffee replenished every day. The room was fantastic and our favorite out of three hotels we stayed at around Italy.
The best part was the service provided by Melania, the hostess. She really mad our stay in Sorrento. She arranged a private transfer to Bomerano to start the Path of the Gods hike. And when our ferry from Positano back to Sorrento...

Very nice hotel. Great location, very clean, and the staff were helpful. The But…The only downside was the discotheque club located beneath the hotel. Opened at 11pm until 3am. The music bass was very noticeable. Have to imagine all low floor hotel rooms hear and feel this. The three of our phones sound apps were on high volume to try to washout music.

The path winding through the cliffs to the small bar and lounge chairs along the water is very unique. Very small wading pool on upper terrace. Classic double room was small and non-descript. Disappointed with the size of balcony and the sea view from room!
