"Good experience with the hotel staff very helpful and the room was so clean. Not complaining about my stay in this hotel if I come back to Hawaii in the future why not stay in this hotel. "

"When we booked our stay at the Imperial Resort we relied heavily on reviews posted and I hope this review is helpful to someone else. Firstly, we are a family of 4 with two teenagers. Space for each of them for sleep and 2 bathrooms is top on our list when we travel. We stayed in a Palm suite and were very happy that it checked off each of these requirements having a separate bedroom for us and then a Murphy bed (so easy to use and put away daily! ) and a queen sized sofa bed for our kids....

"There was mention a continental breakfast and at the place was basically nothing to eat and breakfast was called “Simple” breakfast. If I knew the price will be that high I would never choose this hotel also the pool was very little no possibility to make few tempos. I would pick a nice hotel rather with NO breakfast and no pool for this price. I did not sleep even one night an AC was too loud and uncomfortable pillows I slept on and I asked to change it but I had to go back another day to ask...

"At the price it was a good deal. Huge comfortable bed but small lumpy pillows. It’s very dated and pretty basic but it was clean and quiet, central…perfect for a one night layover between flights. The reception staff were exceptional. "
