"We stayed here after spending the day at Rulantica. It was very close to the park. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed all the games. Breakfast was fine, though I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them. Would stay again. "

"Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask...

"The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all."

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "I enjoyed my stay at Pierre & Vacances Colmar and would be happy to stay there again. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need and is in a good location for the town centre, train and bus station. There is a baggage storage room available as well, which was very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages. They supplied maps of the town and marked on the quickest way to get to the historic part."

"There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel "
