Our room was horrible. We stayed for a night and the next day they changed our room. It was ok. The staff was very helpful. The showerheads in both rooms were horrible.There was no place to hang them up . For 55 euros a night the rooms don’t worth it. I won’t ever stay in this hotel.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour d'une nuit. Je suis arrivé tard, vers 22h, mais la réception est ouverte en permanence, ce qui était un critère dans le choix de cet hôtel. J'avais lu des avis contradictoires et j'appréhendais un peu, mais en entrant dans la chambre, mon appréhension s'est immédiatement dissipée. Tout était très propre ! Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain était très bien également. Rien d'extraordinaire, mais très bien malgré tout.

Hellhöriges Hotelgebäude - Laut

Ich fand es sehr laut. Das Hotelgebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Das Wasser rauschte fast permanent von den oberen Etagen runter, sowie die Duschen der anliegenden Zimmer waren stark zu hören. Wenn die Türen ins Schloß fielen, schreckte ich die ersten Male hoch. Heute morgen wurde ich von einem Gast geweckt, der/die um 6:00 Uhr duschte und abreiste. Die Züge sind nicht so frequent und ebenfalls sehr laut. Die Rezeptionisten waren in Eile und der Empfang habe ich als recht gewöhnungsdürftig erlebt. Ich würde dieses Hotel NICHT empfehlen.

Toget larmede ekstremt. Værelset var meget varmt og a/c virkede ikke. Altandøren kunne ikke holdes åbent om natten pga cigaretrøg fra andres altaner. Værelserne var slidte og trængte til maling og hovedrengøring. Meget lyt så meget støj fra andres værelser. Det var en seng og sove i.

Très bien

J ai passé un bon séjour, la chambre était nickel et tres propre. Le personnel est à l écoute, souriant et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le seul inconvénient est pour se garer il n'y a pas de place gratuite dans les rues autour (toujours prises) et j ai du me garer loin et payer mon emplacement.

The location is fantastic. Only a 10-15 minute walk to old town and La Petite Venise. Our AC unit in the room was not working, so we opted to open the window instead overnight. The room faced the train station so it was incredibly loud throughout the night due to this.

L'accueil très chaleureux de la personne qui s'est occupé de nous. Elle nous à donné un plan de la ville et nous à montré les choses à visiter et qu'on était à 5 minutes du centre-ville. On est arrivé vers 21 heures et c'est très agréable que l'accueil était ouvert. Mr BILENJ

This is located about 1 block from the train station. It was also close to the park, which in the other side is Colmar’s old town. There were any restaurants on the same block, a short walk toward the station, and there were two.

Un hotel cerca de la estación del tren y a pocos minutos caminando de la zona turística, muy seguro y tranquilo, el personal de lo más amable,nos cuidaron las maletas una noche para ir a otro pueblo y al otro día regresamos por ellas.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und auch preislich (für Colmarer Verhältnisse) sehr Interessant. Allerdings ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen und leider hat man versäumt das eine oder andere zu renovieren. Es sind mehrere Kleinigkeiten, Die Plättchen im Bad halten teilweise nicht, Der Föhn ist sehr schmutzig, der Klopapierhalter fällt von der Wand, die Matratze hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen...... Trotzdem, alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Hotel sind. Und der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Døren til baderum kunne ikke lukkes. Sengen stod helt op af vinduet. Trinet ind til hotellet er meget højt og der mangler håndtag til at holde fast i.

Convenient, comfortable, and affordable

No complaints. Easy to get to from the train station and to access the Old Town. Was only staying one night and travelling by train, so I wanted a convenient location to get to by foot and didn’t want to spend a lot of money, since I wasn’t spending much time there. It was comfortable and fit my needs.
