This hotel was very conveniently located to all sites. My guest and I stayed 2 nights and after touring South to Narbonne, we returned for another night. We had an excellent breakfast before leaving for our drive back to Germany where my guest flew out to Istanbul. Stuttgart Airport is an easy drive from Colmar. I would recommend this hotel for a short vacation or as a destination on your way to others.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with the center of tourist activity within walking distance. We visited during the hottest summers on record and we toured the city and boated on the canal. I suggest taking the city train tour and have a relaxing tour of the old town. There are many fine restaurants in the old city, make reservations or get there early. I continued my journey after 2 days and I will visit Narbonne on the Southern coast.

This is located about 1 block from the train station. It was also close to the park, which in the other side is Colmar’s old town. There were any restaurants on the same block, a short walk toward the station, and there were two.

Within walking distance to city center

only 5-10 minute walk to attractions like the city centre and little Venice. Ok breakfast selection. Notice that it is close to the railways so there can be a bit of noise in the morning, it did however not disturb our sleep.

The location is fantastic. Only a 10-15 minute walk to old town and La Petite Venise. Our AC unit in the room was not working, so we opted to open the window instead overnight. The room faced the train station so it was incredibly loud throughout the night due to this.

Convenient, comfortable, and affordable

No complaints. Easy to get to from the train station and to access the Old Town. Was only staying one night and travelling by train, so I wanted a convenient location to get to by foot and didn’t want to spend a lot of money, since I wasn’t spending much time there. It was comfortable and fit my needs.

Hotel staffs are helpful. But the room is not clean and it is very dusty. Also, the air conditioning is noisy, which makes it difficult to sleep. The exit sign light in the room is very bright, which also makes it difficult to sleep. That is very unfortunate.
