"Our stay was short but good"

"We stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s graduation from College of the Ozarks on May 11,2024. The hotel was easy to find, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and very comfortable and breakfast the next day was a buffet and was very good. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"Loved the atmosphere. It was just a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had brought my granddaughter and a friend to Branson for a girls getaway. And they both loved the decor/ Victorian style made it feel like a big fancy home. The tea and cookies with fine china was such a great touch. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool very much. And is already asking when can we return. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great for families or a romantic getaway for two. "

"Only thing is the undisclosed $3 per day parking fee. Seems a little petty. Plus the TV display in the room stated complimentary parking. "

"Our room was clean and in very good condition. Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in recently. We were only there for one night. The staff seemed a bit undertrained. No greeting. Just a blank stare. I had to tell them why I was there, they did not ask. Same experience when leaving. No one asked how my stay was. I said hi and the lady did not say anything back to me. I waited for her to say something and she eventually asked how she could help me. I told her I needed to check out....

"Our only issue with the stay was our A/C quit cooling but when I called the front desk they sent someone to check it . The staff was excellent . We love the Hilton ( both of them ) at Branson Landing "
