"Best services. Kind and helpful staff. We were given umbrellas on a rainy day. Super early check-in. Quick check in and out. Great location, steps from minimart, tram and bus stop. Just a brief walk to metro. Residential area so calm and quiet. Walk to good restaurants. Clean room, good breakfast. The only problem is water leaking from under shower door wetting the rest of bathroom. I will choose this hotel if I visit Milan again because of all its excellent staff."
