"Our family of 5 enjoyed a 4 night stay whilst we explored Nairobi. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. There is a good variety of food available at breakfast and on the restaurant menu. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect for walking to The Sarit Centre for food or shopping.
As with many hotels in Kenya the hot water could be patchy and there were some very minor maintenance issues (eg one of our bathroom doors didn’t shut...
"It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly…
But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5.
