If you dont mind boozy brits (of all ages), people leaving towels by the pool before 8 am & not appearing all day & drinking games (only a couple of nights a week) complete w bad language - you’d be ok. However I didn’t find the pool a relaxing atmosphere. Inappropriate dance music all day in the restaurant, staff encouraging you to get drunk, but ignoring...

"We arrived at the hotel; it was all chained up at the gates. We called hotel but just got an answer phone message. We also called hotels.com to inform them of the hotel had shut down. They tried to contact them but failed to get a response. So we never stayed and I am awaiting a refund for the trip. Further later that week in the town I spoke to local people and they confirmed to me that the hotel was shut down over 2 years ago due to financial issues. "
