I stayed in 2 other hotels during my trip in nashville and this one was by far the best looking one. the room was huge and super clean. I did smell weed going into my room so I called the staff to let them know so they wouldn’t charge me for that. The pool was closed due to weather which was sad and I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so I don’t know how...

"The hotel was perfect for our family, only complaint is that the staff at the front desk were not very helpful and rude. 2 employees were on their phones sitting behind the desk and neither bothered to even look up as I was standing at the front desk. Even after I politely let them know I was there they barely spoke and just acted miffed I was there. I had to ask all the pertinent questions to know where our room was, elevator, where to park etc. It turned me off to the hotel immediately. Need...
