"This place was horrible. Our mattress was broken. There was a huge divot in it and we could feel the slats through the “mattress.” We were forced to sleep, if that word actually applies, on less than half (of a full-sized bed) so as to avoid falling into the divot. The room was also much smaller than appeared in the photos. There is no desk and therefore no one works there except maybe 4 hours a day. "Clean lift and building, plenty of towels. Shutters and AC kept the apartment at a perfect temperature. Was a 5 minute walk to SAGRADA FAMÍLIA, which id a good hub to get anywhere. Spoiled for choice for supermarkets."

"Really liked the seamless electric check in, also that i could get in soon er to the builder, work from there and there were loos available before my 3pm room was available. Equally the QR code c checkout and lockers to leave my belongings until 8pm on the day of departure was a great touch and again a seamless operation through clear instructions. One comment - the code for the key pad system is excellent BUT I was not pleased to not be able top lock the door when going to sleep as IF anyone...

"A lovely and well equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of Casa Battlo, La Pedrera and reasonable walking distance of Parc Güell (25 mins) and Sagrada Familia (20 mins). Comfortably sleeps 5, we originally booked for 4 and was joined last minute by another family member, the host did not charge any extra and was very prompt in communications."

Contacted owner ASAP and was told that if the wooden floor was damaged I would get charged! Shower unusable and I was told to mop the water up. Eventually...
