"We had a car and there is a public car park underground for about £30 a night. You don’t need a car, you will be at Barceloneta, everything happens around there and public transport is very easy. Nice area and quiet street. Laundry was made every other day which was a plus. A/C was needed and for a couple is the perfect side to enjoy Barcelona. We love the beach and walks. "Dolors allowed us to check in early and was most helpful. Nice neighbourhood feel about the location,different from the city centre. Good access to public transport and taxis not too expensive. The outside space at the property was a big selling point for our party,worked well and you will not run out of lemons. As a base for your time in Barcelona,this will suit most big groups. Air conditioning in the right parts of the building-very welcome if it gets super hot."

"Great location to our son who was studying abroad. There were multiple grocery stores nearby as well. The place is nice, but they could use a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. As is typical in Barcelona, the place is rather noisy; we could hear the next door neighbors talking & sneezing, there is also a bar right downstairs so it does not get quiet until late. Hosts were very responsive & helpful. Bed was comfortable; bathroom could use some updating but overall a good stay. "

"My sister and I came to Barcelona via a cruise ship. The property manager met us and helped us with our embarrassing amount of luggage. We didn’t know there were 2 flights of stairs so he helped us bring our luggage into the apartment. The location was in the middle of everything in Barcelona!! Right next to the Gothic Quarter and the Marina. We got “lost” in the area and loved it!The apartment was incredible! Very beautiful with stone walls and the coolest windows and doors I have ever seen!!...
