"The staff was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was topnotch! The hotel itself was very clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The only con was that the room was warmer than we are used to at 24 degrees celsius (75 Fahrenheit) and we are used to being more comfortable at about 70 Fahrenheit. Unfortunately, we couldn't do anything about that although we tried. We did travel with a small portable fan which saved the day. Overall, not a deal breaker and we would definitely stay there again!!"

"The room was very clean and incredibly quiet. Ours was at the back of the building, and we didn't hear anything all day or night. Edu was very welcoming and helpful at check-in. I loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, though be prepared that the pool is just for length swimming and isn't heated. The hot tub technically fits 4, but really only one couple at at time could use it. I would like it to be hotter, but was still very relaxing. The location is great. Sagrada Familia is about 40 minutes walk, Palau Guëll is about 20 minutes away, and La Rambla is just around the corner."
