The management company, Whistler Retreats, was responsive to try to rectify the situation (their representative Bryan actually went out on Christmas Eve and bought a small fireplace, incredibly). The problem was the "strata" of condo owners who owned the building, who would not reopen the hot tub and pool, despite it...
