"I loved everything about this hotel - room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with good lighting (rare in many hotels.) Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed the right connectors, were able to borrow from them. When it was raining, they offered umbrellas. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the train station. Besides that, all major sightseeing were close by. Just perfection! I highly recommend...

"We had some difficulties with self checkin & get the room key. After calling the receptionist, we sorted out. Also it would be useful to let people know that the lift is at side entrance side. That will save people to take their heavy cases to first floor from the main entrance. Other than that, all went well"

"It must have some shady guests before ... there were signs to tell guests not to cook in the room, sign to tell guests about CHF 100 fine for letting the water leaked from under the shower door. BTW, the shower door is leaking if one uses its rain curtain shower head on top. The only way to avoid the water spilling on the door and leaking out of its bottom gap is to use the hand held. "The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "
