We were also disappointed to see no hand soap in the room, and after a call to the front desk, their shipment of hand soap didn’t arrive on time either. We had to make our own accommodation for that. "Very nice customer service work with me when I didn’t have the proper things I guess to get my room they worked around it got it done late at night. Didn’t have anywhere else to go. Appreciate that very much. Great customer service clean rooms. Good breakfast awesome stay!"

"Bathroom light is on a motion sensor. When you walk into the bathroom in the middle of the night, all the glaring lights turn on. There was no cold water in the shower Only HOT."

"This is a nice hotel and the location was convenient for what we needed. No free breakfast and the breakfast that could be purchased was very expensive. The hotel is very close to a busy freeway, our room faced the freeway and the noise from cars was somewhat loud."

"The room, staff, cleanliness, were exceptional as was the abundant continental breakfast. An issue for me was the restaurant not open for my entire stay and no conditioner in the shower. Minor points? I suppose so. However, with travel so expensive nowadays, choises are made particularly on what is advertised. One "off" minor thing can be a deal breaker for some teavelers."
