"There was no property in service. I showed up after dark. Down a beaten path. To be greeted by two men who didn’t speak any English. I was legitimately scared for my safety. I was made aware, after they called three different people someone who spoke English, that the hotel hadn’t been in service for TWO MONTHS. I’m enraged I was even able to book a reservation through Expedia and I’m highly disappointed Expedia does not check there hotels regularly to make sure they are actually functioning...

"Terrible!!! Rated 4stars?? No way!!! What a scam!!! Rooms were not fit for human occupancy. Dirty, old, stinky, stained mattresses and pillows. Pile of garbage bags on the sidewalks not collected for days. The water park is in need of serious updates. It is old and dangerous. People were injured every day - from bumps and bruises to broken bones, and none of the lifeguards seemed to care. On the positive side, food was not bad, and the Black Sea was beautiful."

"Pro: the hotel is right on the beach and the main drag with a lot of eateries. Con: Parking, parking, parking! There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it was filled to capacity all 3 days we were there. Parking on the streets is nonexistent and the towing "service" very vigilant."

"The hotel was nice apart from a few things. First of all in the evening you can hear a really loud music from the next hotel restaurant. Reception team was unbelievable bad train. They ask me to pay for my breakfast 2 times, before that i ask a few questions and they couldn't answer me things that they should know. The service from the housekeeping team was excellent. Restaurant team was good as well."

"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. "Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay. "
