"My wife and I were lucky to book this place on the weekend of three Taylor Swift concerts. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were steps away from several restaurants and cafes and a view of Edinburgh Castle was literally right around the corner. It was clean and incredibly quiet for being right on Princes St. Apart from a broken lift and having to lug three suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, we loved it and would likely stay again. "

"Very easy to get to from the airport with airport transportation, close to Main Street and tourist attractions, staff was lovely and very helpful. Small hotel but very convenient, small breakfast buffet was quite adequate."

"Our original room ended up having some water issues due to flooding in the room above us so they were quick to answer our call when we found the water leak in the bathroom and switched us to another room, the manager was very kind, friendly and left us a bottle of wine and snacks for the kids in our new room, we were very happy with their service. The breakfast was also great, good and plenty of food and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"This hotel is away from the hustle & bustle of city life, but it is right on the bus route in and out of Edinburgh. We got instructions from the desk staff on how to use the Lothian Bus system. Breakfasts were buffet style and kept supplied by the staff. I enjoyed the wide variety of food choices for breakfast."

"Stayed for only one night due to a very early flight the next morning. My kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was very spacious. The bus stop is very close to the hotel and kids enjoyed the double decker bus experience to downtown Edinburgh. Plenty of free parking available at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Would recommend!"
