"Amazing place, every room well equipped even has a playroom and a pool! We did not use it because of the cold weather but will go again!"

"We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven."

"Excellent location and property. Excellent correspondence with the owner, what more do you need?Would recommend this location to anyone wishing to stay outside of the Orlando area as this opens up more locations to visit in all directions. "

" Spoke to guy managing the property a day before, asked if the pool was heated, he said yes, turns out that was a lie. Is not heated. AC on the second floor was at 80 degrees at night, contacted him and he said he will send a technician the next day, he never did, bunch of lies. "
