"Good, got me a room sorted out quickly when I arrived"

"We had a large room with sofa and a huge bathroom. We overlooked the garden and were above the patio. It was quite noisy with people chatting outside and smokers. Food was good. Staff friendly. It was Bank holiday and there was a wedding party staying there. Breakfast was chaos the poor staff couldn't keep up with demand. The management should have put extra staff on duty. Commendation to Phillis who kept her cool and had a friendly attitude."

"We had an amazing stay, tattershall park has plenty to do with bars , restaurants and and lots of activities. It is situated next to RAF Coningsby and a little noisy but we went on there training week and was amazing to watch the displays and stunts. And Skegness is just a just over 20 miles if you want a day out. Overall we are definitely going back."

"Stayed here for three nights at the beginning of April. The room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate available, as well as the usual kettle, and a fridge with real milk (as well as those plastic uht ones). The continental breakfast was available in the room and topped up daily, but with the added bonus of having a large kitchen available with toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob to cook and a large table to eat at. The housekeepers were really friendly and welcoming when we bumped into them, keeping everything clean, tidy and refreshed. With a private car park and walking distance to the city, what's not to love? We will 100% be coming back here again. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick and when you had a shower it flooded half way up the kitchen. The polestrine ceiling tiles are coming down through out the chalet the worst in the small bedroom where I was worried about them falling down completely. What sickened me even more was the packet of sleeping pills the dog found under the bed and had been trying to chew, left from a previous occupant. This place should be boarded up until it is brought back to a basic standard at least to be suitable to rent. I'm just sorry I didn't make pics to show everyone. "
