First there was no fan and so the mirrors got clouded over and the room stayed humid. .-MORE IMPORTANT - THE SHOWER DOOR WAS PLACED SO THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAY IN OR OUT - NEXT TO THE CONTROLS. IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO GET YOUR HAIR WET, THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET IN. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A HOTEL WHERE THAT HAPPENS. MIGHT WANT TO TAKE A LOOK."

"The pool was closed due to cleaning, That was a big reason why we picked the hotel while visiting Hershey. They did offer use of the pool next door but it was small and the water was cloudy. There was a damp smell to our room when we 1st arrived but it could have been from the AC. The staff was great and attentive, the kids loved the room. I’d stay here again when in the area. "
