"Only complaint is the ridiculous rate for a room for one night. I know and understand that it is all based on what the market can handle, but hotels are taking WAY too much advantage of overcharging for rooms. The rich can handle and often do not complain. It is us in the middle income earners group that struggle paying bills and then hotels taking advantage indicating they do not care. It is all the bottom $ that they want and all boils down to greed. Their response is always, well, then look for a room elsewhere."

"Beware of how loud all the rooms facing the highway are. Also, the frony desk staff appeared to always be hiding in the back room. No bell to get an attendant. Took three tries and me making a racket with a toddler in the lobby for 30min to get someone to come out. Also, some weird cheapness at breakfast with dissolvable paper plates."

"Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. "
