"Great location in the Osaka Bay Tower. It’s a short trip from Osaka station on the O line. It’s a nice clean hotel. I tried the Onsen in the bay tower which was fun and nice. It’s away from the super touristy locations like Dotonbori. Only complaints is they only give 1 key card per room and you need a card key to access the elevator and keep the power on in the room."

"Absolute gem, especially if you are going to USJ. We had a room overlooking the park and it was amazing to wake up to Hollywood dream every morning. We left our luggage on check in day and when we came back they had delivered it to the room. Everything about the hotel was wonderful."

"It’s non-smoking. Room is noise proof. Love the pajama and room slippers provided every day. Will definitely come back. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The 3-person room was small yet spacious and is perfect for a family of 3 adults. The location is also nice - it's just a short walk from the JR station and there's a massive supermarket nearby (think Super Target or even bigger!), plus a convenience store right next door for any last-minute needs. They also have a public bath house on-site if you're interested in that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze....
