"Spacious room (compared to other hotels in Japan), staff were very friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English, hotel was clean and in a great location. Best of all, there were lots of amenities. Beautiful indoor and outdoor Onsen, massage chairs, lounge area with ice cream, free ramen in the evening, etc. "
