Towadako Backpackers

2.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (54)
"Super cute little hostel, though I’m sure it’d be way better in the summertime! We came in what was off-season (early April), so we basically had the place to ourselves. "The stay was amazing. Host was helpful and the space itself was large and had a feel of a Japanese home. Highly recommend. Close to the bus and a convenience store."

Hostel Hirosaki - Hostel

1.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"Hostel was right by the station about a three minute walk. Room (pod really) was good. I ended up getting a double bed and it was clean and warm. Showers and toilet were clean and amenities included. The common area and kitchen was clean. Because I gotta double and the bed was comfortable. I would've been ok to stay a few more days. I only stayed a night, but i would stay here again. "

Rooms were booked with private bathrooms but there was no private bathrooms. Bathrooms were communal and there was no shower just sinks with buckets. Sheets were clean but rooms had broken a/c, smelled of fumigation but there were still bugs, broken drawers and lights. It was the worst hostel I have stayed in. We booked...
