"The process to get airport shuttle is cumbersome as have to call the front desk, which is understaffed. Hotel is older, but clean and close to OHare and reasonably priced. Needed spot after a flight cancel, so worked fine as inexpensive option."

"Best place to stay if you need to stay close to the airport and especially if you are attending an event at Allstate Arena. Full kitchens, pull out beds, free breakfast, pool and nice staff. Only a 20 dollar per day hold for incidentals. Literally next door to a Target and next to several restaurants. We stay every time we attend a concert at Allstate Arena, fully recommend. "

"It seems farther away from Ohare vs as seen on map. It’s industrial area and about 15 min drive to airport. They have a shuttle but I don’t believe it ever moved during my stay and while we were in pool had noticed so hesitant to use it. The pool was nice and warm vs freezing water you usually get. There were toys like an inflatable, a water gun, and 2 balls which the kids definitely enjoyed playing with in the pool. The bed was not so comfy for me it was way too soft and small side of queen. "Overall a good and clean place to stay. Have a restaurant on the first floor that is convenient. Was a close drive to Allstate Arena as my friend and I went there for a concert. "

"A good budget friendly place to stay if you are trying to save a buck while attending a convention. It's a nice 10ish min walk from the back of the hotel on a pathway, around a beautiful pond, and up a small grassy knoll to parking lot."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. Beds were comfortable. Overall we are very pleased."

"The Crown Plaza has an excellent location. Close to shopping, concert venue and the train station. It is convenient to stay here, walk to Rosemont train station and go into downtown Chicago. No traffic to worry about."

"Excellent facilities. Great breakfast--made to order omelets, although lines can be long at busy times. Unfortunately my room was not cleaned every day, trash not emptied, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. All employers were friendly and helpful, there just weren't enough of them, apparently. I would still stay again. Location, facilities and services were excellent."
