"Firstly, the staff are lovely and the building is a lovely looking building. No complaints there, nice and clean. But, it has a big problem. The hotel sits right on the train line heading into Düsseldorf. The passenger trains are fine, but the freight trains are the loudest thing on earth, and they pass right by the window, which you must have open, because there is no Air-conditioning. And they pass at whatever time of night they want. So 11pm, midnight, 3am 5am. Yes all of those, I did not...

"Chose hotel because they advertise Hotel Shuttle. We arrived late and i had phoned hotel requesting shuttle and informed them of last arrival. They said no shuttle, would have to take taxi. Property is far from airport, it is on a dark residential street with no signage or lighting visible at night. Finally found it and it was all in darkness . Had to bang on door for a couple of minute. Rude unfriendly welcome. Room was run down,poor bed and furnishings. Was charged $120 for one night (12-8)...

"5 nachten hier verbleven voor een korte vakantie. Over het algemeen een prima verblijf. De hoeve oogt authenticiteit, omgeving is weinig aantrekkelijk. Kamers zijn leuk ingericht, badkamer zeer netjes, matrassen minder, maar over het algemeen wel goed geslapen. Nadeel is de gehorigheid binnen. Er verblijven veel mensen die doordeweeks werken en die staan vroeg op en dit is ook duidelijk merkbaar door het slaan vd deuren. Eigenaar en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk, oplossingsgericht, hulpvaardig...

"Great staff, very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Comfy bed, nice pool. As I like milky coffee more milk would have made the stay perfect. I did ask for and was given 2 more but I needed many more. Breakfast was great..Thank you for a great stay."
