"The biggest con with the property is it's distance from amenities. If you don't mind driving a few miles, it's just fine. It was roomy, in good condition for it's age, and we thought it was a good value. Beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards. Balconies face each other, so some might have privacy issues, we did not. Would gladly stay there again."

"We booked this property through Expedia and its by far the worst place we've visited. Its so hot it was unbearable. Its on the 3rd floor with no A/C or cooling. Just ceiling fans. I contacted the resort and was told theres no A/C and nothing they could do SOL pretty much. The first night we had to sleep on the lanai, 5 of us in lawn chairs. We ended leaving after the 1st day to book another place and pay. If you have children or elderly, this is not a good placs to stay, it gets 100 degrees...
