"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"The hotel is in a central location although there are limited facilities in the immediate area. The car park uses lifts for the cars, which are quite difficult to get in an out of the car. The bathroom in the room is very small, with the door opening inwards rather than sliding. This means you have to move yourself awkwardly around the toilet to close the door "

"Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot."

"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit including the Batu Caves with wild monkeys."
