"It’s an airport hotel. Literally attached to the airport right next to terminal 4. We had an early morning flight and were super impressed. Very well maintained and modern with amazing service. Relatively cheap for this kind of property."

"I booked a suite with “2 double” for 1 night. Then I was told all suites they have only have 1 king bed. I had to degrade to “superior twin bed” room without any refund of the price differences. If you don’t have 2 double in your suite then you shouldn’t market so, that’s fraud. "

So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind."
