"We had another great experience. From check-in, using the facilities, the restaurant, to checkout, everything was great! "

"They never opened the restaurant for breakfast, we had to look outside. They never cleaned our room stayed 4 days. "

"The garage elevators are currently out of order due to some construction. If you don’t find a spot on the lobby level, be prepared to either drop your bags with the valet, and then park, or park and walk several flights of stairs with your luggage."

We found its coastal decor charming and the views of the harbor sunset gorgeous, it was also fun to be in the center of all the village activity. On the downside, the rooms are very small and we did have issues with the dated plumbing...a little disappointing at this price point but we would...

"I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH HOUSEKEEPING... THEY WAITED UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON TO CLEAN MY ROOM EVEN THOUGH I WAS OUT ALL DAY WHEN THE ROOM WAS EMPTY. I HAD TO SIT IN THE LOBBY A FEW TIMES WHILE HOUSEKEEPING CLEANED MY ROOM INSTEAD OF RESTING AND ENJOYING THE ROOM. AGAIN, MY ONLY REGRET WAS HOUSEKEEPING. "

"The day I checked out, I started with a shower. However, I did not finish the shower because the vertical metal handle came away from the wall. Since I am already handicapped, I became quite nervous. Thank God I was able to maneuver myself out of the tub without falling. I reported this when I checked out and suggested that no one use that room until the wall/handle were fixed. "
