"Loved the location, we could easily access the places we wanted to visit. Lots of attractions and dining in the area. Great views of the Falls. The hotel itself felt old, and had a musty odor. The carpets had stains, and linens and towels were left in the hallway for days. Optic-wise it seemed like the hotel is closing or given up. Also, we had to follow up on a housekeeping request several times. There was also a long wait at check in and we were misinformed about directions to the casino....

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Pump body wash/ shampoo are built in the bathrooms, no toothbrush, toothpaste provided so you must bring your toiletries. We booked a Junior Kiddie Suite that comes with a bunk bed and it can accommodate a petite adult. The waterpark is fun and comes with an exciting tube slide.
