"Great view of the falls as low as the 3rd floor. We had a corner room with terrace. Beautiful view and friendly staff. Starbucks located inside lobby with small gift shop. Central to multiple attractions."
The Tower Hotel Fallsview

"This hotel is dated but well maintained. The views are beautiful and they keep the windows very clear so you can enjoy the view. $40 per person for pancakes at an ihop is laughable, but you're paying for the view. The observation deck is a waste of space for them -- their snack bar was not open the entire weekend and it was never utilized unless there was overflow for breakfast. A hack is to go get starbucks and sit in the observation area front and center and enjoy the pricey view without the ridiculous ihop over-pricing."
