"Our stay was great with one only exception: the sofabed was a bit smelly, it feels like someone who slept there before left an alcohol/cigarette smell that was never cleaned, so the person from our group who slept there didn't have a good experience. But overall it was a good stay."

"Beautiful higher end hotel on Fallsview, overlooking the Canadian! Some rooms you have views of both American and Canadian falls. We had a 3 queen bed room just for one night and they upgraded us for free to a 3 bedroom-1 king and 2 queen bedroom looking right over the falls! Rooms are huge with tall ceilings, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, super quiet. Staff are all excellent from outside parking attendants, door person, reception, elevator attendants. Several elevators for 42 floors that are super fast. Cons: expect to pay high prices for everything in area. Parking of site is $35 with a shuttle that takes you back and forth to hotel. On site parking is $70, more if valet. Restaurant (TGIF) on site was good but pricey."

"Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly. The view of the falls was incredible. Food and bar downstairs, Starbucks across the street and within walking distance of the falls. You pay to park, but can get a bus pass to travel to all of the attractions, would definitely recommend. We had no issues with our stay, our room was clean and we didn't have to ask for anything. Can't wait to come back"

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfy . I believe the hotel was sold out this past weekend with so many tournaments and meets for sports . But the staff handle the busy place like pros ! Definitely will return next year"
