We did have a situation with the water that was unfortunate, but not a typical situation. "Stay was fine. The shuttle was a bit difficult. They say call when you arrive, but there is a shuttle schedule which they don't mention and isn't on the website (every 30 minutes). It was just weird that they made it sound like they would send the shuttle when you arrived, but actually it came on a schedule and just added to the wait time.
