"The room itself was clean and the pools were lovely. We especially liked the lovely lady who served us in the pool bar. The check in however was awful. The receptionist didn't speak a word of English. We were given a number to type in after we had scanned a QR code. We had to Google translate the receptionist instructions. We then had to rejoin a massive queue to get our key which took over an hour and then a further 40 minutes to find out room because the instructions were not clear.
