"Mrs Duong is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every day included different fruts like mango, watermelon, papaya, scrambled eggs, one morning she had included avocado and i told her that i love Guacamole so the next morning a lovely Guacamole was included in the many options for breakfast. "The hotel is surprisingly quiet and there are lots of good options of eatery around - all in walking distance. The hotel staff - Linh has been very accodomating, friendly and helpful. You will get a selection of breakfast choices every morning. (Gor to pay for coffee though) Oh one more thing to note, the hotel is quite a distance to the downtown Da La market. If you intend to walk - that 40 mins around the lake.. i suggest you call a grab or rent a motorbike from the hotel. "

"Was a good 1 night stay. Close to all amenities and Dalat Markets is within 5 minutes walk. The only down side to the hotel is ironing clothes.. there is no iron at all, there is a ironing service which need to be booked in advance otherwise you are stuck. "

"The hotel’s appearance was good. The staff very friendly. A ten minute walk to most shops. Breakfast was perfect portion and selections. Just a few minor inconvenience. The drain in our shower was semi-clogged. Toilet paper was taken away one day and we had to go to the front desk for another. Trash can in bathroom wasn’t emptied during our stay. Overall, we would stay at this hotel and recommend it to friends."

"The gate was a great hotel with beautiful views of the mountains. Just be prepared to walk a lot. The core area is about 2.5 mos away and with the shopping mall with the Go about 1.5kms. Nice walk but in the rain not so much. There is a great BBQ restaurants in this neighborhood and the best is next door!"
