I never heard from the owner, but received an automated email from VRBO with the key code to access the keys.The code opened the lock box, but there were no keys in it. We called the owner, but no answer. Left a voicemail, never got a returned call. There was a car in the driveway which I’m guessing was another guest? Either way, it was a big security concern for us.The appearance of the house was also rougher than the pictures implied. The sidewalk...
