Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"We almost rated them 5 stars but unfortunately, on our last day. There were 2 female staff were very rude. One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. "Pros: good deal for a price, clean, location. Cons: Parking only FOR 5 CARS. So, if you came late, you will pay 20 euros for a nearby parking. And it will increase the price for a night. For me, i could get a room in other hotel with unlimited parking, for a money of this one plus 20 euros:). Another thing, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk after 8 p.m. And if you call an emergency line, there's nobody speaking English. So, if you don't speak French, make sure you are coming before 8...
