Check in attendant provided a map with detailed instructions of how to take the bus (COTRAL) to the airport for $1.30, including the times that matched our departure, and would also arrange a shuttle ($7.50pp) if that was what we preferred. We stayed here before a flight and so happy we found it. It is a beautiful space. Relaxing beach vibes, designed well and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and good food. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great stay! Mix up on the ride from the airport because of the driver only speaking Italian. There are two Best Westerns (Airport and Riviera). The waiting stall for the BW Airport is 26 and the stall for pickup for the Riviera is 24 but the vans are not marked so you must show them your paperwork or they will steer you to stall 26 which is the wrong p/u stall for this hotel. We waited 2.5 hrs because of this.

This little hotel very close to the airport 10 minutes drive make it easier to have a early flight . Nice helpful front dest . The room very clean have a all basics needed ., supermarkets convenient at the corner. Woud stay there for the next day flight .

We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!

My best friend & I travel a lot, & we can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The Trastevere section of Rome is the PERFECT place in which to stay, because there are tons of shops & restaurants within close walking distance, but you'd never know about the late night partiers & foodies within the confines of Santa Maria's property because it's made up of several buildings within a gated area with multiple courtyards. The room was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of space to spread out a suitcase and a huge backpack to rearrange everything before travel. Only 10 or 15 min to Terminal 3 at FCO. Taxi via Uber was not too expensive and very convenient. I was very impressed with the space for an Ibis by the airport. Other good things.... Bed was comfortable. The restaurant right outside the hotel's front door had yummy Italian food that was cheap and easy! Easy check in and check out
