everything was very comfortable, the only thing they should explain how to reach them by public transportation since the taxi was very pricey from airport and shuttle was pricey to airport and could be announced to customers prior booking which would help them to look for cheaper options

We had an excellent time at this guest house. The way to open the gate and apartment door was a little tricky to figure out at first but you get sent a link and then you press the door bell and click on the button to the door on your phone. Once you get it figured out it’s easy. We were one minute late while checking out and the link no longer worked to exit the property gate so make sure you give yourself some time to get out before the link expires. The room was clean and nice and had a great...

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—just a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and everything else we needed just minutes away on foot. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building has an elevator, which was especially convenient with luggage. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. Thank you so much...

Great little kitchen to share with others. Stocked with water and snacks. Convenient to the airport. We stayed the one night to fly out early. They arranged transport for 20EU. Nice bed and pillows. Roomy shower for Europe

Nice location near the metro, very clean and nice place to stay. Super convenient yet not in the midst of the tourist jam. Highly recommend

Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.

The room and building is very clean and they offer housekeeping daily! Location is pretty close to bus, streetcar stops and train stations to go to the main areas of Rome/ Vatican City ~approximately 30-60 minutes rides depending on where and what time of day. The Citymapper app is definitely helpful. Area around the property is pretty calm. Most importantly, the host is very accomodating and responsive to all your questions! Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

The room was great and super clean, we loved the bathroom so much and the bed was so comfy. The TV was awesome since it had Netflix and prime on it.

Great location and cleanness.

I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

friendly and helpful staff

Great location near everything.

Great apartment ! Great Location ! Great Staff! It will be my place for sure next time in Roma !

Beautiful scenery. Perfect for pictures

This b&b was excellent! Easy to walk to everything and the rooms were clean and updated. I would highly recommend!

We loved Lisa! She was so helpful & friendly. Nothing could be more charming than the tiny wooden elevator. Our room was great. The bathroom was the best design I've seen. Zero complaints! My only complaint about the room was the wifi dead-spot on the bed where the pillows are. In the common area, the hotpot was slow & cheap. Great place!
